How much electricity does it use?

Only 6–7.8 watts depending on the level. The unit is rated energy efficiency class A and is designed for continuous operation.

How often should the filter be replaced?

A filter alert reminds you every 720 operating hours to check the F7 filter. Do not wash it with water; gently tap or vacuum it and replace it when heavily soiled. Clean the ceramic heat exchanger about four times a year using water without high pressure.

How does heat recovery work?

A ceramic heat exchanger stores heat from the outgoing air. Every 75 seconds the airflow reverses, and the incoming fresh air absorbs the stored heat. This enables up to 97% heat recovery.

How loud is the system?

Depending on the operating level, the system runs at approximately 19–32.7 dB(A). At the lowest setting it is suitable for quiet nighttime use in bedrooms.

Can I control it by app or voice?

Yes. The Tuya Smart or Smart Life app controls ventilation level, mode and filter status over Wi-Fi. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are also supported. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is required.

Does it work in older buildings?

Yes. It is ideal for retrofitting individual rooms without opening walls or ceilings for ducts. A suitable external wall is required for the core hole.

Do I need a professional installer?

The unit is ready to plug in and does not require complex ductwork. Installation requires a Ø170 mm core hole through an external wall with a thickness of 280–470 mm. Most customers have the drilling done by a specialist if they do not have suitable equipment.

Does decentralized ventilation help prevent mould and humidity?

Yes. Controlled, continuous air exchange removes excess moisture, lowers humidity and helps prevent mould on walls and windows, even in rooms that are difficult to ventilate naturally.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days. Every JESSP ventilation system includes a 5-year warranty and direct support.

What is a decentralized ventilation system?

A decentralized ventilation system continuously exchanges air in individual rooms without a complex duct network. Stale, humid air is extracted and filtered fresh air is supplied. Heat recovery retains most of the room heat, so you ventilate efficiently without constantly opening windows.
