JESSP offers four decentralized ventilation units with different strengths. All models use heat recovery, but they differ in airflow, filters, controls, sensors and the wall opening required. The right choice therefore depends not only on room size, but also on how you want to control the system and the installation conditions.

The airflow figures are planning values for alternating heat-recovery operation. Actual performance depends on the speed, installation, filter condition, pressure conditions and the building.
Eco Smart DZ: sensors and flexible control
Eco Smart DZ is the best fit when smart, flexible control is the priority. It uses an F7 filter and pre-filter and is available with either a CO₂ or humidity sensor. App, remote control, schedules and master/slave functions are included. The planning value is 25 m³/h per unit or 50 m³/h with two synchronized units.
Best for: bedrooms, living rooms, smart-home projects and demand-controlled ventilation.
Eco Smart Easy+: one controller for several units
Eco Smart Easy+ is operated from a wall controller with Wi-Fi and Smart Life. It also includes an F7 filter and pre-filter. Its planning airflow is 25 m³/h per unit and 50 m³/h per pair; the main difference from DZ is the central control concept.
Best for: rooms or homes where several fans should be controlled from one fixed point.
Vario 160: higher airflow for larger rooms
Eco Smart Vario 160 provides 30 m³/h of fresh air per unit, the highest planning value of the four models. Two synchronized units provide 60 m³/h. It is controlled via Smart Life or remote control and includes automatic humidity control. G3 is standard and F7 is optional.
Best for: larger living areas and rooms with a higher airflow requirement.
Vario 110: the compact option
Eco Smart Vario 110 needs a core hole of approximately 120–130 mm. Its planning airflow is 12.5 m³/h per unit and 25 m³/h with two units. It includes app and remote control, humidity control and a G3 filter; F7 is not available for this model.
Best for: small rooms and installations where a Ø160 system is not practical.
F7 or G3?
G3 primarily captures coarse dust and dirt. F7 can also filter a larger share of fine particles such as pollen and fine dust, but creates more airflow resistance and needs regular checking.

Choose the model and number of units together
The best unit is not automatically the most powerful one. It must cover the calculated demand with the right control, filtration and installation conditions. The required quantity depends on room volume, occupancy, use, moisture load and airflow paths.
